1. Returns and Exchanges: We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from Rangers Safety Systems LLC. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of purchase.
Exchanges can be made in line with the warranty period and terms of your product, outlined in the invoice at the time of purchase.
2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Some items, such as personalised or clearance items, may not be eligible for return.
3. Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at operations@rangers-safety.com or your Sales Account Manager at Rangers, who will guide you through the process.
4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
